The Redlands East Valley High School community is grieving the heartbreaking loss of Sean Molloy, a beloved English teacher and REVHS alumnus who passed away on April 12, 2025. His death has left a deep void in the hearts of students, staff, and everyone lucky enough to know him.
Sean wasn’t just a teacher—he was a mentor, a role model, and a steady presence for so many. A graduate of the same high school where he later taught, Sean returned to his hometown to give back, pouring his heart into every lesson, every conversation, and every student who walked through his classroom door. His dream was always to teach, and he lived that dream with a passion that inspired generations.
Whether coaching the Academic Decathlon team or lending a listening ear to a struggling student, Sean had a gift for making people feel seen and valued.
